Service is friendly and quick. Food is yummy! They use a spring mix for your salad/ veggies which is a nice touch. We both got the teriyaki chicken and I got pork too. Pork is labeled spicy but it is not at all spicy. And that's okay! Their sauce is quite strong taste-wise but good. Overall, the wife and I both ate for $27. I want to try the udon, their beef and spring roll. We'll be back!

This is my favorite I Love Teriyaki mainly because the owner is present and is a great cook! His Calamari is seasoned well! I either opt for the combo plate (beef or chicken teriyaki with calamari), or the Yakisoba Noodle plate.

Good food, friendly service! I've seen a fair amount of I Love Teriyaki locations in the area and lived a few blocks away from their Midtown location but never visited. After years of them being on my radar, I visited the West Sac location off of Harbor and it didn't disappoint. I arrived just a bit before 6 and found no one else there. Despite it being in a pretty busy shopping mall with lots of other businesses around it, I was able to pull up and park directly in front of the store. From there, I went in and found no one inside. I was able to look at the menu at my leisure and when I was ready, there was a bell to ring to order. An older, friendly gentleman popped out from the back and took my order and then proceeded to make it. Looks like he was the only one working at the time, but he did a great job! I went with the deluxe combo, which included three types of meat and then rice and veggies. Looking for variety, I opted for sesame chicken, calamari, and teriyaki pork. It was super affordable at $14.99 and I added on a fountain soda with it, where I opted for a Diet Pepsi. They also had bottled options like Gatorade, tea, etc. I sat down and the solo worker went to work, as I watched him bring out the calamari to drop in the fryer. Despite him being the only one there, the service was fast, and I had my meal in around 5-10 minutes. He brought it out in a take out box, which I was thankful for, as I ended up not being able to eat it all while there. Onto the food! The sesame chicken was breaded and fried. Savory, a lil sweet, and tasty. The calamari was a little chewier than I would have liked but decent portion sizes. My favorite was the teriyaki pork, which was a great combo of sweet and savory and had a really great marinate to it. Lots of fatty, umami flavors there. Would definitely get the pork again! I ate about half of it there and took the rest home, where I enjoyed it later that night as an almost midnight snack. Food was good and the man working there was very friendly. I'd definitely be back - especially for the price!

Good taste. Good price. Reasonable wait times. They are very skimpy with the sauces though. Getting extra is like pulling teeth. I asked for extra and they gave me a single thimble size container. I asked for more again and still just another thimbles worth. Very frustrating.
